Harald Steltzer: Co-Founder, President and CEO

Mr. Steltzer has 25 years of experience building products and companies in the life science industry. Over the last 5 years, Mr. Steltzer has gained broad exposure to managing early stage products and services with Boston University and two start-ups, Dohmen Life Science Services and infinitesimal. Prior to this, he held roles of increasing responsibility in product development and business/corporate development with Abbott, TAP Pharmaceuticals, Schwarz Pharma, and Genzyme. Mr. Steltzer sits on the board of directors for the Illinois Science Counsel and is member of the Chicago Innovation Mentor program at MatterHealth.

Barclay Morrison III, PhD: Co-Founder and CTO

Dr. Morrison is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University and leads the Neurotrauma and Repair Laboratory. He has conducted extensive research into traumatic brain injury with a focus on mechanical injury of the central nervous system. He sits on the board of directors for Football Research, Inc, a nonprofit corporation dedicated to the research and development of novel methods to prevent, mitigate and treat traumatic head injury. This program is a part of the NFL Play Smart Play Safe initiative. Dr. Morrison was recently awarded a $2 million grant to study concussions from the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation.

James M. Noble, MD, MS, CPH: Co-Founder and CMO

Dr. Noble is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Columbia Medical Center. He completed medical school at Emory University. His graduate medical training included an internal medicine internship, neurology residency include chief resident in neurology, neuroepidemiology and behavioral neurology, all at Columbia University Medical Center. He leads Team Concussion, focusing on sports-related concussion care. Dr. Noble is an advisor to both teams in the NFL and the Big10-Ivy League Traumatic Brain Injury Research Collaboration. Additionally, he is a member of the Medical Advisory Board of the New York State Athletic Commission which supervises combat sports.
